How do I return the product?
You can return the defective products by calling our customer service number and informing them within 7 days following the day you receive your order.
You must send the product to be returned with all copies of the invoice, with the package undamaged, the product unused, undamaged as a result of misuse, with all its accessories and the reason for your return by filling the Return Form on the back of the invoice and paying the shipping fee.
The return product price is refunded to your credit card or account number, after the product is checked for compliance with the return conditions, from the moment the products reach the warehouse.
When Will the Returned Product Price Be Refunded?
All transactions regarding the product you return are completed within 2 working days from the moment your product arrives at our warehouse. For payments at the door, the refund is made on the first Friday after 10 days from the day the buyer makes the payment to the cargo employee at the door. For credit card purchases, refunds are made on the first Friday after the return process is completed within 2 days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 days for your refund to appear on your credit card and account. It is not possible for Osmanli Turbo to intervene in this process. In case of any delay, you can get detailed information from your bank.
Return and Exchange Conditions
The product to be returned/exchanged must be sent with the original package / box received. (Example: Products with a shipping label affixed on the original box and taped with shipping duct tape are not acceptable.) The product must be returned as received.
The product to be returned/exchanged must be unused or not damaged as a result of misuse.
Returns/exchanges of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with the 'Return Invoice' issued by the institution for the return process and cut as "Product Unit Price + VAT". We would like to state that we cannot complete the order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions, unless the 'Return Invoice' is issued.
The product to be exchanged must be in stock.
The change process is provided in the form of a number change for the product you have purchased.
You must select the "I want a replacement for the product I ordered" option on the Product Return Form on the back of the invoice sent to you.
The number of changes for the same product is limited to 2 times.
For the products, the shipping charges in the 1st exchange will be covered by Osmanli Turbo, while the shipping charges in the 2nd exchange belong to the buyer.
Before making your return transaction, the necessary examination of your order is made by the Ottoman Turbo Returns Department. We kindly ask you to contact Osmanli Turbo only regarding product returns.
If the stock situation is suitable, different product changes can be made on the basis of numbers or in line with the customer's request.
